Below is a Maths Map of Berwick, in the area around our school. It is a Google Map, with a layer over the top containing a range of worded maths problems. The problems on this maths map are all to do with multiplicative thinking; that is multiplication, division, fractions, decimals and percentages. They are split into three categories:

  • Green Pins – Easier
  • Yellow Pins – More challenging
  • Red Pins – Greatest challenge

  1. Hi Everyone.

Malinthi and I have made up a special question for you guys.

On Sarah-Louise Place, count up how many mailboxes there are. Now, find the percentage, decimal and fraction of the amount of mailboxes made from brick.

    Good Luck.

    Zee and Malinthi.
