Here is the presentation given at our information night tonight. If you have further questions, please post them below. If you are not sure, click here to find out how!
Did you know you can ask a question or write a comment about something you have read on our blog?
The students in the grade are already aware of how to do this when they login, but you can do it at home as well.
When you see a post on the blog, at the bottom is a link that says ‘no comment / x comments’ (see the picture below).
When you click on this link, you will be taken to the article page. When you scroll down, you will see the comment box. Yours may look different if you are logged in.
All you need to do is type your comment or question, type a name and enter in the word/number combination (this prevents spam on our blog). Then click ‘Submit Comment’ and you are done!
Your comment will not appear immediately. Everything posted on the blog is first approved by myself, just to ensure that there is nothing inappropriate going online.
This is a copy of a notice that went home with all grade four students today, regarding an information session about next year.
Next Monday, 29th November the Grade 5/6 team for 2011 will be having a meeting to provide you with information about the senior school learning structure for next year. This will be a slightly different approach in line with our school goal of improving the transition process from year 6 to 7. This will also be a great opportunity to meet and talk with the new teaching team.
This information session will take place at 6:00pm in the Staffroom. As a part of the session we will also provide information about the Grade 5/6 camp.
